Questions people ask
I did not get my sign-in code
TalentFesto signs in with an Indian (+91) mobile number and a 6-digit code sent by SMS. A code works for 5 minutes. You can ask for another after 30 seconds, up to 5 codes an hour for one number. After 5 wrong tries on a code you have to wait 15 minutes. If nothing arrives, check the number and your signal, then write to us.
How do I report a post, a comment or a profile?
Tap the menu on it and choose Report, then pick the reason. You do not need an account to report. If a child is involved, choose "Child sexual abuse material" or "Minor safety concern", and read Child Safety.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile, tap the menu and choose Block. You and they will no longer see each other. You can also restrict an account to limit how it can interact with you.
How do I make my account private?
Go to Settings, then Privacy. A private account approves followers and hides its posts from people who do not follow it. Accounts of members under 18 start private.
Who can watch my video?
When you post you choose: everyone, followers only, or only you.
How do I delete my account, or get a copy of my data?
Settings, Account, Delete my account, or Download your data. You can also email us. Our team prepares data copies by hand, and we aim to send one within 30 days. Delete your account explains what is removed and when.
My post was removed, or my account was restricted
We tell you in the app when we act on your account. You can appeal within 30 days, in the app or by email, and a person looks at your appeal. The Community Guidelines explain what is not allowed.
Someone copied my video or my work
Email us with your name, a description of your work and a link to the post where it appears. See Copyright complaints.
What age do I need to be?
You must be 13 or older. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission, and their accounts start private.
