Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and AR Home Care Solutions Private Limited ("TalentFesto", "we", "us") for the TalentFesto apps and website. By creating an account or using TalentFesto you agree to them, to the Community Guidelines, to the Child Safety Standards and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use TalentFesto. These terms apply to TalentFesto version 2.0.0 and later, on iPhone and Android. Earlier versions of the Android app are covered by the terms that were published with them.
1. Who can use TalentFesto
- You must be 13 or older. We do not create accounts for people under 13.
- If you are under 18, you may use TalentFesto only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Give us accurate information, including your real date of birth, and use a phone number that belongs to you.
- You must not use TalentFesto if the law of India or of your country forbids it, or if we have banned you.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and your codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. You can sign out of any device in Settings.
3. Your content
- You own it. Videos, captions, comments and everything else you post stay yours.
- You give us a licence to run the service. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process (for example, convert a video so it plays on every phone), display and distribute your content on TalentFesto, and to show it to the audience you chose, for as long as it stays on the service. When you delete a post or your account, this licence ends for that content, apart from the short time it takes to finish removing it.
- You promise that you own what you post or have the right to post it, that it does not break the law, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not post music, clips or images that you do not have the right to use.
- You choose the audience for each post: everyone, only your followers, or only you. Anyone who can see a post can watch it and report it, and can comment on it unless you turned comments off.
4. Rules
The Community Guidelines explain these rules in full. In short, do not:
- post anything that sexualises or endangers a child, or any other content that is unlawful;
- harass, bully, threaten or target people, or post hate against people for who they are;
- post nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm;
- impersonate another person, run fake accounts, spam, or mislead people;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or privacy;
- scrape TalentFesto, probe or attack its systems, or work around age checks, limits or bans;
- buy, sell, trade or fake votes, views, likes or followers.
5. Hunts
Hunts are talent contests run on TalentFesto. Entering a Hunt is free, voting is free, and prizes are not cash. Votes cannot be bought or sold. Each Hunt shows its theme, its deadline and its rules, and we may remove or disqualify an entry that breaks them or these terms.
6. TalentFesto Team accounts
Some accounts carry a "TalentFesto Team" badge. We run them. No one can sign in to them as a member, and every photo or video they share credits its creator or source. Their likes and picks are visibly ours and do not change vote counts or Hunt rankings.
7. Reports, enforcement and appeals
Anyone can report a post, a comment or a profile. Our team reviews reports. If you break these terms or the Community Guidelines we may remove content, limit how widely a post is shown, restrict, suspend or ban an account, and block the phone number and device from signing up again. We tell you in the app when we act on your account. You can appeal within 30 days, in the app or by writing to us, and a person looks at your appeal.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on TalentFesto infringes your copyright, write to us at the address below with your name, a description of the work, where it appears on TalentFesto (a link to the post is best) and a statement that you are the owner or act for the owner. We act on valid notices, and repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
9. Paid features
TalentFesto does not currently sell coins or other paid features. If that changes, the terms for those features will be shown to you before you buy.
10. The service
We work to keep TalentFesto running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop features, and we may ask you to update the app to keep using it.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, TalentFesto is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by members. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using TalentFesto at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other people. These terms continue to apply to anything that happened before your account ended.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to those laws, disputes will be decided by the competent courts in India.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and when a change is significant we will ask you to accept the new terms in the app. If you keep using TalentFesto after a change, the new terms apply to you.
